How Levitate
is built.
Levitate is where the weight finally falls away. A fast, lo-fi drum kit drives the rhythm — snares that snap and lift like catching air — while the signature muted guitar drifts through with a haunting reverb that makes it feel like it's playing from somewhere above you. The groove is chill deep house at its core, but the drums give it an urgency, a lightness, like the track itself is trying to leave the ground.
After the clarity of Lucent and the momentum of Pulse, Levitate shifts the journey upward.

Then — the weight lifts.
Not all at once, and not because you heaved it off. You didn't put it down; it fell. One unremarkable moment you were carrying it the way you always had, and the next your shoulders had dropped, your jaw had come unclenched, and the heaviness you'd assumed was permanent was somewhere below you, getting smaller.

You'd stopped feeling it as weight.
The doubt. The overthinking. The quiet arithmetic of what people expected and whether you measured up. You thought it was the price of being a person. It was only ever the price of being a person you were pretending to be.

Here's the trick of it: your grip loosened. The one you thought you had to be — together, ahead, chosen, sure — you'd held that one so tightly, so long, you'd mistaken the clenching for being alive. The moment your hand opened, you rose.

This was never height, never better-than, never leaving someone behind. Just a little more sky between you and the story that used to sit on your chest.

The breath goes all the way down. You move and nothing drags. There's so much less to defend, so much less to prove, that what's left is simple: you get to be here, without earning it. Free — not free of your life. Free inside it.
