The story behind AURDOS

Music with plenty to say,
without a single word.

Warm house rhythms, ambient textures, and a muted electric guitar where the singer would be. Press play and hear what the words would have said.

In the studio. Guitar, a few synths, and a lot of listening.

The sound

A muted guitar sings
where a voice would be.

AURDOS makes instrumental melodic electronic music. Deep, warm grooves carry the low end; above them, a muted electric guitar takes the place a singer would normally hold: phrasing, breathing, telling the story without a single word.

Around that voice, two worlds breathe together. Western electronic production, deep house, lo-fi textures, analog synths. And Indian classical colour: sitar, tabla, and the wordless human voice, drifting through like companions on the road.

The result sits somewhere between a late-night drive and a meditation. Music you can work to, move to, or simply enter for a few minutes and come out lighter.

Three ways in

  • AnandaThe sitar leads. Joy without a reason.
  • LeelaThe play. Everything you did was part of it.
  • MilanFrom the second journey. What began as an echo now has a face.
